Lee founded Land Solution Australia based on his passion for the surveying industry and small business. He is motivated by improving the future of work and building long lasting relationships. With over 25 years in consulting, he's well respected and recognised as an innovator and respected business leader of the industry.
Todd is a leader of our survey operations with over 13 years’ experience in the spatial industry. Todd has a wide variety of consulting experience from small scale residential to large high rise, multiscale land subdivisions and mining projects.
Mat brings over 15 years of consulting experience to the team with his calm collective approach. He's meticulous about data, a highly competent Cadastral surveyor and land development and titles expert. Mat has a natural unassuming manner that puts clients at ease straight away.
After spending years travelling the world and working internationally, Ben returned to Australia in 2015 to take up residence as a project leader and senior surveyor with Land Solution. Our Ben is best described as quietly astute, ‘getting the job done’ through his extensive construction and land development experience which includes some impressive large projects including Brisbane Airport, Queensland State Velodrome, Queens Wharf and Herston Quarter.
David brings over a decade of construction and infrastructure surveying experience from New Zealand and England to the Land Solution Australia Team. A senior surveyor, David is hands-on, committed to producing high quality work and achieving results. He brings to the business a wonderful ability to interact on all levels, and an excellent eye for detail.
With a portfolio of 15 years experience that includes some of Queensland most iconic infrastructure projects, Fletcher is a highly experienced and trusted surveyor within the firm. Specialising in civil works, road design and volume works that includes asphalt paving and advanced understanding of Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads Standards, Fletch is able to service every level of civil and infrastructure survey workflows. He is highly skilled in 12D software, Trimble Business Centre, Topcon Magnet and Pocket 3D.
Sam commenced his career with Land Solution as a Trainee in 2015 whilst studying surveying part-time. Now in his final year of undergraduate study, Sam has become a trusted survey technician and CASA certified UAV pilot in his own right. Sam supports the day to day needs of our civil contracting and land development clients including set out, GNSS data management, UAV processing and ADAC submissions.
Anthony has a background in hospitality management and has recently enrolled in undergraduate study to become a Surveyor. Since joining the firm Anthony has become a trusted and valuable member of the team, learning equipment and software quickly while completing his formal studies part time. Anthony has evolved his skills to work independently in the fields of terrestrial laser scanning and using Cyclone and Autodesk Recap and field survey for building construction and civil works.
