PHASE 1 – Contract Award and Pre-Start

PHASE 2 – CONSTRUCTION

During this phase, you’ll need information that guides engineering set out and all construction to ensure you stick to the program and minimise rework. You’ll also be looking for up-to-the-minute data of the facts (like structural monitoring and as built) and how to quantify risk (like volumes and quantities) to manage your resources effectively.
